Bliss balls make for a great healthy snack, dessert or breakfast on the run and not only that the options of flavours and ingredients are endless. They are also very simple to make in a Thermomix of food processor.
These bliss balls are packed with flavour, nutritional goodness and are very quick and easy to make. Their natural sweetness comes from dates and maple syrup whilst the cocao gives it it’s chocolatey taste. The texture of the balls is similar to fudge with the added crunch from the almonds.
Banana bread flavour with out the guilt. Gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free and packed full for protein. Easy to make in a blender or Thermomix for a breakfast on the run.
