caramel bliss balls

super easy to make and delicious to eat

Craving a sweet treat but want something on the healthier side? These little caramel bliss balls will hit the spot. They are also great for a breakfast on the run. Cashews form the basis of the balls while the sweetness comes from the dates and maple syrup. Extra flavour and texture comes from desiccated coconut and vanilla essence.
